All Points Checklist For Selling Your Timeshare...

1. Understand that your property is a Vacation Plan and not an Investment Property.

2. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOUR TIMESHARE PERIOD
   CAN BE SOLD AT ANY PARTICULAR PRICE OR WITHIN
   AND PARTICULAR PERIOD OF TIME.

3. Be aware that you should not pay for the service to sell your timeshare Up-Front. If a company needs your money before they can market your property, then they are not very sound financially. I would suggest just saying "No Thank-You" and hanging up the phone.

4. Our Office does not charge Up-Front fees and for doing this we ask that ALL SELLER QUESTIONS be sent by E-mail. This helps us keep costs down and our Toll Free number open to Buyers and other Brokers that are calling, in order to purchase villas. Please forward Seller questions to: Info@TimeshareResales.us  

5. Basically, at the time of Closing, the Buyer normally pays for all Closing Cost and Transfer Fees. You will be responsible for the Selling Fee: ($1,000.00 or 10% of the Sales Price, whichever is Greater); due at the Closing.

If you have a problem in your timeshare don't mask it. A Late Fees, Over-due Maintenance or an Outstanding Mortgage is always something we can overcome during Closing.
